Paul and his wife Susan moved to Kingsland with their three children in 2002. Paul will tell you that he had wanted to live in the southeast and start his own business for many, many years but simply could not find the courage to do it. The trigger finally motivating him the move was the events of September 11, 2001.
“For years I had wanted to strike out on my own and start a business, but the fear of failing kept me at my property management job. Susan, the kids and I lived in Groton, Connecticut, just a few hours from the twin towers, and we had visited Manhattan on several occasions. In fact we had spent the night in the World Trade Center Marriott located between the twin towers just ten short weeks before the building was crushed. Shortly after the events of 9-11 it struck me that my life or an entire nation could be victimized in an instant. I determined that I would rather fail miserably than live miserably and that I would not live in fear – not in fear of crazy people, not in fear of uncertainty, and definitely not in fear of failing! It was time to make a change in my life.”
Before a year had passed Paul and Susan had sold their home in Connecticut, bought a home and rental property in Kingsland, and were officially self-employed. This bold step was the first of many and each has resulted in increased knowledge and expertise in the real estate field.
Paul is equally bold in telling people that his faith in the Lord and the support provided by his family are the foundation of the success of Royal-Skies Realty and his real estate career.
“I have been very blessed in my life and try to pass this experience and success on to my clients. When it comes to buying or selling one of the most important assets someone may ever own, people deserve to be served well. I truly strive to put them in a position to be bold and confident.”
When you consider hiring an agent to guide you through the home selling (or buying) process, consider calling Paul. You will find yourself working with a genuine person that has the experience and the strategies to make you successful.
